The scheduling is done by a tool which does this for us - We do of course manually check this but we (I) missed this one. D'oh. Fortunately because you've informed us so early we can change this with plenty of time for the opposition to reschedule

Impossible for us. This time we are all working or studying.

I ask them to change the schedule if they want good games.

Preferred: 16:00 to 20:00 UTC

Thanks!

Doesnt make any sense as regular matches in 1A ITA are 19:30 UTC, how can the match be 12:00???

Zero sense.

1A BRA times are 23:30, 1A ITA times are 19:30, should be 21:30 UTC!!!

Same case with Serbia team Tribina United, their regular matches are 19:15 UTC, so why is the match at 1 pm UTC???

Really i don't have any idea what is happening, please tell us whats the preferred kickoff for these teams?

Tribina United v Aliança FC 13:30:00

The games are too early for my team. This time in Brazil are all working or studying. You can not play.

And those teams play on own time well later in their leagues.

Times are meaningless.

Preferred: 18:00 or 20:00

Like Nameci said, your team has not sent a preferred kick-off time. If you haven't got a preferred kick-off time, you risk playing at unfavourable times.

Preferred Kick-Off Times

For now the the date to send a preferred kick-off time for the group stage games has expired, so the only way to re-schedule a game is to get an agreement of the opponent's manager.

Find their manager and send them a pm. It will be way more effective than when you do it here, they might not read the forum every day.

TERRIBLE time for a brazilian team and an Italian Team guys. Doesn't make any sense this time that were schedule. Anyone of the coaches post in the link listed above, so you guys from the moderation should schedule a good time for both of brazilian and italians.

We know that we wrong to not post our prefered Kick Off time, but they didnt do it too... so, doesnt make sense the game be schedule to 12:00 UTC, since brazilian time is 23:30 UTC UTC.

Doens have sense this, you schedule for Brazilian peoples 11 hours of League 1A brazil kick off.

Re-schedule this, please.
