Yeah, I've got a question or two. Why can't English teams have a free root to the semi final? Also, What will happen to 'Irish' teams next season when they are 'fully English'? Will England get more teams to enter, or will other countries get a chance to have more teams/have teams entering?

This season, it was basically that whoever was interested, got a spot in the competition. Only one team was taken out due to having too low activity in its own league.

Next season might be similar in the case that whoever is interested in participating, will get a chance to compete. Except "weaker teams" will have to go through qualifier(s) while "top teams" can automatically start from the Group Stage.

So yeah, not completely decided yet. We'll see how it goes this season and try to make the changes needed to make it even better next season. smiling

The only thing sure though like you said, is that the "Irish teams" will become "English teams" in the eyes of UFCL.

1) I meant that English teams should automatically get a spot in semi finals (4 qualify from England, all 4 enter semi's. Simple)

2) Okay, maybe give us a 5th team? Then give other countries the rest? smiling

I had actually completely forgotten, so thanks for the reminder. I have sent them to the admins now, so it should be up in time.

Although all the 1st Qualifying Round games haven't finished yet, I made the seedings for the 2nd Qualifying Round draw. You can find the seedings here: 2nd Qualifying Round Seedings

The draw will be made tomorrow evening. Cool

Should we swap the winner of the lowest UDP match for the loser of the highest UDP match? Quite a lot teams had close to 0% UDP which really makes me wonder why did they actually sign up for the competition. Would be a good way to punish inactive teams. Flapper

Yes. As a complete neutral it would be beneficial to do this.

You just want four English teams to get a bye to the Semi Finals. Flapper

I do of course but that is nothing to do with my opinion, which is generally what you want too.
