Fixed. For some reason the spreadsheet calculated your preferred kick off time as 20:00 - 22:00 UTC; hence the 22:00 kick off time. Once fixed, changing your preferred kick off time to 20:00 - 20:00 as per the UFCL/UFIC website, this resulted in the kick off time being made 20:00.

19:15 is the latest that WE will set your matches at; however as you have specified to play later (20:00), then this is the latest your matches SHOULD be played, where we are able to control this.

Thanks for the quick reply. I understand the 2nd topic about +1 regular (or preferred) KO, it is logical.

When did the rule change with regards to Sunday games ?

Was previously under the impression we weren't allowed to play on Sunday (we asked sometime in the past to play our Sunday mornings but were told it was not allowed). What is the "time range" (if you like) that we are allowed to play games at ?

I mean is it

0:00 CET until 23:59 CET Saturday (Australia 9:00 Saturday until 8:59 Sunday)
0:00 CET until 14:59 CET Saturday (Australia 9:00 Saturday until 23:59 Saturday)
15:00 CET Friday until 14:59 Saturday (Australia 0:00 Saturday until 23:59 Saturday)

Something else ? I mean we've been under the impression we had to play our games between 0:00 CET and 14:59 CET based on our past experience with the competition. Can we set the preferred kickoff time as Sunday morning (sat night europe) or even Sunday morning (slightly past midnight europe, ie early morning Sunday) then ?

It's a difficult one, and there's no specific rule on it. It depends on the 2 teams involved. I presume you're talking about Victorious Secret v Real Banil which takes place at 01:45 UTC tomorrow? This is an extreme/rate (call it what you like) case, where there is 16 hour difference in times. I'd rather teams played on Sunday morning (Victorious Secret) than on a Friday night (Real Banil).

Generally any matches scheduled between 00:00 UTC and 02:00 UTC will take place Sunday UTC.
Guess who's back? It's not Slim Shady...

Not playing sides here....

Maybe a better solution is to email both managers and ask them which they would prefer. If you don't have both managers agree (or you don't hear back from either of them after a certain amount of time), it's a simple coin flip.

ok, but is it allowed to set a preffered kickoff time of say, 1:00 UTC to 2:00 UTC Sunday then ? What about 23:00 to 23:59 UTC (Which would be Sunday morning local, but still Europe Saturday night)

No, you're specifying a preferred kick off time, not day. It will make the scheduling a hell of a lot harder if we start using Friday/Sunday UTC times.
